The first spin-off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH), Vanderpump Rules is a reality television series that revolves around Lisa Vanderpump, one of the former cast members of RHOBH, and her employees at SUR Restaurant & Lounge and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar, both located in West Hollywood, California. The series premiered on Bravo on January 7, 2013, and season 11 was premiered on January 30, 2024.

Seasons 10 and 11 were both released in early 2023 and 2024, respectively. If this priority is followed in the future, Vanderpump Rules season 12 could premiere in early 2025.

However, he has other worries than what his ex-wife thinks of him.

Tom Schwartz admits on camera that all the work he put into opening Schwartz & Sandy's has had a real impact on his life.

“If it wasn’t for this bar,” he tells the camera, “me and Katie would still be together.”

As for this affair with Raquel, she spoke about it at BravoCon last year.

“Tom and I are friends and you will see our friendship blossom this season,” she teased.

It was in October. We can only imagine what she meant. And, frankly, we're curious if anything has changed since then.

Raquel is apparently a pageant queen. Of course, that's not an accolade that comes with a clear career path, which might explain his interest in James.

It will be interesting to see how messy this season becomes.
