Vanderpump Rules season 12 - Release date

The first spin-off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH), Vanderpump Rules is a reality television series that revolves around Lisa Vanderpump, one of the former cast members of RHOBH, and her employees at SUR Restaurant & Lounge and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar, both located in West Hollywood, California. The series premiered on Bravo on January 7, 2013, and season 11 was premiered on January 30, 2024.

If you're wondering if there will be a Vanderpump Rules season 12, here's what we found out.

Vanderpump Rules season 12 does not have an official release date, but it will likely be announced in the future.

As of late January 2024, Vanderpump Rules has not been given the green light for the 12th season. However, given the show's popularity and the fact that it's part of the hit The Real Housewives franchise, it's probably only a matter of time before that happens. Seasons 10 and 11 were both released in early 2023 and 2024, respectively. If this priority is followed in the future, Vanderpump Rules season 12 could premiere in early 2025.

The cast includes Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Scheana Shay, Lisa Vanderpump, Ariana Madix, Tom Schwartz, James Kennedy, Lala Kent and more.

Where is Vanderpump Rules season 12 coming out?

Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules could premiere on Bravo.

In fact, all previous seasons are broadcast on the same network. Deadline will provide an update if and when season 12 is officially announced.

The official synopsis for Vanderpump Rules informs:

“Follow the passionate, volatile and enthusiastic staff of Lisa Vanderpump's SUR mainstay in West Hollywood. Lisa balances her maternal instincts and business acumen to maintain control over this wild group of employees as they pursue their dreams and each other while working at her "sexy, unique restaurant."

As if working in a grocery store wasn't already a thankless job, this 1989 film wonders what it would be like...

Allergy of Masterportrait : Lisa Vanderpump sharing her story

Lisa Vanderpump is sharing her story with Ariana Madix and Lala Kent’s fallout after filming the new  “Vanderpump Rules” Season

“It was very complicated,” she tells. However, she emphasizes, “I wouldn’t say Ariana eviscerated Lala.” .

Notably, Kent has extended grace to Madix’s ex Tom Sandoval, who infamously hid a months-long affair — dubbed “Scandoval” by fans — with castmate Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

In the wake of the scandal, Sandoval, 41, expressed that he had suicidal ideation.

Sandoval’s mental health struggles were discussed at the reunion, Lisa shares with “Virtual Reali-Tea,” suggesting that she and Kent lent support to him whereas Madix did not.

Although Kent and Madix don’t currently seem to be on speaking terms, Lisa doesn’t believe their now-dismantled relationship is beyond repair.

“Have you seen how those dynamics change? They change quicker than most people change their underwear. You just think, ‘I’ve got this now. That’s never going to happen. A line’s in the sand’ — and then they jump over it,” she says of the former SURvers.

“Vanderpump Rules” masterportrait: The cheating scandal that rocked is now being taken to court.

According to latest news, Vanderpump Rules Star Raquel Leviss SUES Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix for 'revenge porn'

Raquel Leviss has filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix for eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Leviss, who was a cast member on the reality show, had a secret romantic relationship with Sandoval during the filming of Season 10, despite him dating fellow cast member Madix. Sandoval and Madix returned for the show’s current Season 11, while Leviss did not.

“Leviss was a victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who recorded sexually explicit videos of her without her knowledge or consent, which were then distributed, disseminated, and discussed publicly by a scorned women seeking vengeance, catalyzing the scandal,” the lawsuit reads.

DailyMail.com reveals 'Scandoval’ captured all the public’s attention in an important way, went completely viral, and injected new life into Vanderpump Rules,

'It also caused mayhem in Leviss’s life, culminating in months-long in-patient treatment at a mental health facility and her departure from the show. Fomented by Bravo and Evolution in conjunction with the cast, Leviss was subjected to a public skewering with little precedent and became, without exaggeration, one of the most hated women in America.'

Last year, it was revealed that Leviss had an intimate FaceTime conversation with Sandoval that was recorded without her knowledge.

The lawsuit, which spans 19-pages, was filed by Leviss Thursday at Los Angeles Superior Court.

'Plaintiff Rachel Leviss is a former cast member on Vanderpump Rules, a reality television show produced by Evolution Media (“Evolution”) and broadcast by Bravo Media (“Bravo”), an asset of NBCUniversal (“NBC”) (together with Bravo, “Bravo”). This case arises from a scandal of epic proportions starting in March 2023,' it reads.

Ariana Madix Revenge Dress - She is a ‘super vixen’

The long-awaited moment! Less than two weeks after Vanderpump Rules reunited to film the highly anticipated Season 10 reunion amid Scandoval, Bravo has released the first official photos from the special.

On Monday, April 3, the network shared photos of Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval, Raquel Leviss, Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, James Kennedy, Ally Lewber and Lisa Vanderpump. Fans anticipated Ariana's treatment after Andy Cohen teased that she wore a "revenge dress" at the time.

“Ariana, is it safe to say you are wearing a revenge dress today?” he asked via Instagram Stories without showing the reality star.

She replied: “I feel like it certainly looks like that, huh? …I think his eyes are going to bleed.

The special began filming on March 23 with Andy ready to take the mic and grill the Pump Rules gang about all the drama of the season — and particularly in the wake of Ariana, 37, and of Sandoval due to his affair with Raquel, 28.

Ariana, Sandoval, 40, Raquel, Scheana, 37, Lala, 32, Katie, 36, Schwartz, 40, James, 31, and Lisa, 62, were all photographed arriving at the filming location separately . Ariana, for her part, subtly shaded her ex while wearing a yellow Boys Lie tracksuit. The sweatpants were emblazoned with the phrase: "We're sorry." The number you are trying to reach has changed.

Both Scheana and Raquel were physically present for the taping despite their legal drama. The former beauty queen filed a restraining order against Scheana, claiming the “Good and Gold” singer physically assaulted her after discovering her affair with Sandoval. Scheana's attorney, Neama Rahmania vehemently denied the allegations in a statement to Us Weekly. Still, the lawyer explained that Scheana intended to obey the order during the meeting.

“Scheana and Vanderpump Rules will ensure that Scheana stays 100 yards away to comply with the restraining order,” he told Us at the time.

A day after the recording, Raquel said she planned to drop the order. He was officially fired on March 29.

Season 10 of the Bravo series — which filmed in summer 2022 — began in the wake of a series of breakups among the cast, including James and Raquel calling off their engagement, as well as Katie and Schwartz ending their marriage after 12 years together.

During filming, Us confirmed that Leviss and Schwartz, Sandoval's business partner, met at Scheana and Brock Davies' wedding in August 2022.

After Sandoval's affair with Raquel was revealed earlier this month, the cast returned to film more content for the upcoming season. The stars didn't hold back in their support for Ariana — or in their choice words for Sandoval and Raquel.

While Sandoval and Raquel apologized to Ariana — who, for her part, expressed gratitude for all the support she received — the California native also revealed that there was still something between her and co-owner of Schwartz & Sandy.

“It started as a friendship and turned into something more,” Raquel told TMZ on March 22. “We’re just trying to take these next steps, make amends and listen to everyone. I know a lot of people are angry. So just take these next steps and don't put any labels on anything. We're just kind of taking a break at the moment.

Sandoval and Raquel will have to answer tough questions about their affair. “Some people wait a lifetime for a moment like this... #PumpRules #ReunionDay,” Andy captioned a selfie from the set at the time. Earlier on Monday, the Radio Andy host confirmed he got the answers fans wanted.

“I split up one-on-ones with Tom, Ariana and Raquel so I could have all their stories just in conversation with me,” he said on SiriusXM, explaining that he asked for “a lot of things in front of the group” too. “I had things too – I had my own concerns. I had my own things that I wanted to confront them about. Things I had noticed so I have to do it. That's how we started, then we brought them to the film group.

He concluded that the meeting was a “real reckoning” and bonus footage aired on Peacock.

The Biggest 'Vanderpump Rules' Cast Scandals and Controversies

Breaking down all the criminals Tom Sandoval compared himself to after his cheating scandal

The Vanderpump Rules cast are no strangers to controversy. The staff at Lisa Vanderpump's West Hollywood restaurant SUR debuted on Bravo in 2013 as part of the spinoff Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The season 1 cast included Vanderpump, Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Kristen Doute and Scheana Shay. […]

While discussing the Scandoval fallout, Sandoval told the outlet, “I feel like I have more hate than Danny Masterson. And he's a convicted rapist.

Masterson, who rose to fame as an original cast member on That '70s Show, is currently serving his 30-year prison sentence after being convicted of two counts of rape.

In an episode of Vanderpump Rules, which aired in March 2024, Schwartz tried to convince Sandoval that the negative public attention would soon end. Sandoval, however, was not as convinced.

“Dude no. It's not even precise. I’m treated like I’m fucking King Scott Peterson,” he said. “And it’s going to linger with me like f–king Scott Peterson.”

Vanderpump Rules: Ariana Said Tom Tried to 'Ruin Her Life' (II)

Ariana isn't holding back this season

Ariana warned that the Vanderpump Rules audience might disapprove of her actions in the upcoming season. She explicitly expressed her reluctance to film with Tom after the cheating scandal, stating that her focus during filming was on comforting him, Heavy reported. Ariana emphasized that she is prioritizing her peace over accommodating others during this time. Ariana said during her appearance on the Chicks in the Office podcast in December: "I wasn't holding back on how I felt at that moment, and so I think people might not like it. Because in January [2024] they're going to say, why isn't she done with this?

Ariana promises to continue to exist in her house

Ariana and Tom bought their house together in 2019, and their explosive split in 2023 led to a house being divided. In an extended trailer for Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules, Ariana tells fellow castmate Scheana Shay that she will "continue to exist like I usually do in my own house." Although some found it odd that the two were still living together even these days, it was because the two clashed over the sale. Ariana sued Tom, People reported, hoping a judge would force her and her ex-boyfriend to evacuate. Ariana ultimately wants to sell the house and share the profits to exist elsewhere.

Ariana threatens to sue Tom because of “his children”

On Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, Ariana and Tom embarked on a fertility journey, demonstrating their commitment to starting a family — at least on Ariana's side. Tom underwent fertility checks, while Ariana chose to freeze her eggs. However, the dramatic turn came in the season 11 trailer, where tensions escalated in their kitchen. Ariana's intense confrontation with Tom exposed their strained relationship, as she accused him of "ruining her life and her home." The mention of his lawyer and his children suggested a possible legal battle over their embryos, adding a layer of suspense and emotional turmoil to the post-scandoval drama.

The Vanderpump Rules star previously gushed about her loved ones, writing via Instagram in August 2022, "I never posted anything for my birthday months ago and now it's crazy looking at these pics because that if […]

Scheana, however, was worried about rekindling her friendship with Sandoval. She repeatedly emphasized that her loyalty to Ariana made it impossible for her to forgive Sandoval for his decisions.

“I know I have to let go of the hate – it’s not good for me. But I'm still so angry with you. I do not know you. I know who you are to me, but what you did to him [was not OK],” Scheana told Sandoval earlier in the episode. “I don’t know if I need to [understand your motives].”

After speaking with Sandoval, Scheana sent Ariana an update that read, “This morning has been so emotionally difficult for me. We had to do this couples meditation thing and they paired me up with Sandoval and I was so uncomfortable and I just sobbed and didn't feel good. I just want to tell you that I love you. I will always support you. No matter what."

Scheana then called Ariana and explained her feeling of division.

“We are no longer what we were. We never will be. It was really heavy,” she told Ariana about how she received a “genuine apology” from Sandoval during the meditation. “You know how close we were and it was a very heavy loss for me. I have trouble with this.

Scheana told Ariana that she couldn't "keep hating" Sandoval for her sake, saying, "I'm angry that he did all this because I miss him." I miss my friend.”
